A.1. User Authority: This section details the process by which a user can exercise their right to permanently dissolve their digital relationship with ReelTales.
A.2. Finality Confirmation: The user must explicitly confirm their understanding that account deletion is a permanent, irreversible action leading to the complete loss of all associated digital assets and historical data.
B.1. Clearance Check: Before initiation, the account must satisfy the following conditions: (a) absence of pending financial claims or outstanding debts; (b) no active investigations concerning policy infractions; (c) the user must have secured any personally important data records.
B.2. Notification of Losses: Deletion will result in the immediate and permanent loss of: (a) all unspent Coins; (b) remaining subscription duration; (c) watch history, preferences, and favorites; (d) the inability to reuse the original registration credentials.
C.1. Formal Request Submission: Deletion can be requested either through the designated section in the application's account settings, or by dispatching an explicit email request to contact@reeltales.info.
C.2. Time Allocation: The official processing period for the full and final eradication of personal data is stipulated to be a maximum of 15 business days following the validation of the request.
C.3. Exception Clause (Legal Hold): ReelTales reserves the right to retain specific transaction data, audit logs, and anonymized security metrics beyond the deletion date, solely to comply with applicable tax laws, financial auditing requirements, or legal preservation orders.
C.4. Financial Standing: The deletion of the account does not absolve the user of any previously incurred financial liabilities or contractual obligations related to purchases or chargebacks.
