A.1. Preamble: This document details the reciprocal responsibilities and entitlements between ReelTales ("The Company," "We," or "Us") and you ("The User"). This Agreement is foundational to the grant of access to the ReelTales digital platform.
A.2. Consent Mechanism: By undertaking the initial download or accessing the Service via any device, you enter into a legally enforceable contract defined by these Terms. If you hold any reservations regarding these provisions, your usage privileges must be immediately terminated.
B.1. Enrollment Prerequisite: Certain advanced features necessitate a formal user registration. All personally identifiable information collected during this phase is managed in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy.
B.2. Liability for Credentials: The User assumes all responsibility for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of their account credentials. Any and all activity, authorized or otherwise, originating from your account is deemed your full liability. Suspicious activity must be reported promptly to contact@reeltales.info.
B.3. Termination Right: The User retains the unfettered right to request account dissolution at any time.
C.1. Purpose of Service: ReelTales provides short-form, serialized video content intended exclusively for the personal viewing and entertainment of the End-User.
C.2. Intellectual Property Safeguards: The entirety of the visual, audio, and underlying code elements is proprietary to ReelTales or its licensed contributors. The Service grants a finite, revocable license to view, but explicitly forbids extraction, public display, duplication, or redistribution of the content outside the application environment.
D.1. Operational Funding: The Service sustains its free access tiers via the display of third-party promotional material and advertisements.
D.2. Premium Upgrades: Users may elect to purchase a premium subscription to remove promotional content and acquire enhanced viewing privileges. Financial transactions related to these upgrades are managed by the App Store's proprietary billing system.
E.1. Integrity of the Platform: The User agrees not to engage in any activity designed to compromise the Service, including: (a) unauthorized access to server infrastructure; (b) uploading malicious code; (c) engaging in commercial solicitation or "spamming"; or (d) violating the intellectual property rights of others.
F.1. Service Provision Statement: The ReelTales platform is supplied on an "as is" basis, without any guarantee of continuous operation, error correction, or fitness for a particular purpose.
F.2. Judicial Venue: The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction relevant to the user's location.
